Dear Stakeholders,
As per our Governor Cuomo’s Executive Order 202.16, all essential businesses are to provide employees with face coverings while fulfilling their job responsibilities. Under that direction we have obtained a limited supply of disposable masks.
TO RECEIVE FACE MASKS PLEASE CAREFULLY READ AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW!!! FAILURE TO DO SO WILL CAUSE DELAYS. PLEASE HELP US TO HELP YOU!!!
FIRST READ THIS
1 If you need masks, DO NOT RESPOND BACK TO THIS E-MAIL OR TO THE WEB SITE E-MAIL. All mask requests must go to PPE@issny.org only.
2 Requests must come from the participant or their primary contact, not from the support staff.
3 MASKS ARE FOR STAFF WORKING DIRECTLY WITH PARTICIPANTS ONLY. We know that participants and their families are also looking for masks, but as you have seen on the news recently, supplies are in very high demand and very short supply. We can only supply staff at this time. Staff are required to wear masks while working directly with participants.
NOW HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO DO TO GET YOUR MASKS. JUST FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE 4 STEPS. REMEMBER YOU MUST FOLLOW EVERY STEP OR WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ASSIST YOU!!!

Send us an e-mail to PPE@issny.org
Second
Include the full name of the participant in the e-mail.
Third
Tell us the names and the number or staff that are currently working with you. THIS QUESTIONED MUST BE ANSWERED!!!
Fourth
Please include your address and phone number in the e-mail.
***SOME OTHER THINGS TO BE AWARE OF***
-We are receiving hundreds of requests for masks. Each request is very important to us, but in order to assist you we have to respond in an orderly fashion and on a first come first serve basis. This is done based on the date and time your e-mail was received. This will probably take us a few days until we can mail out your masks but we will acknowledge your request within 24-48 hours.
-If you have trouble using e-mail you can have your support broker or SDC submit a request on your behalf. Please understand that doing this will not prioritize your request. Whoever submits your request will send it on your behalf to the PPE@issny.org e-mail account, and it will be responded to on a first come first serve basis..
