Dear Stakeholders,  

Reminder to all payroll paid employees to log on to UKG to check your personal information to verify that it is completely accurate. This includes but is not limited to:

Name spelling or name changes that occurred during the year
Social Security number
Mailing Address *including apartment number if applicable
Phone number & E-mail address
Tax Information  

If any of this information is incorrect or incomplete please email PeopleServices@issny.org immediately to have it updated.   Also as a second reminder – remember only 24 hours of PTO rolls over into the new year, so please be aware of your balance.  

If you have never logged on to UKG before please see the instructions below. You should be logging on every two weeks to view your paystub. If you have logged on before but you are locked out from entering incorrect password, please reply to request a reset.

Current Password: Default is your birthday with no slashes in this format: MMDDYYYY – Example: 06261983
Password Creation: Once you log in you will have to create a new password and answer security questions. *Tip: UKG password requirements have recently changed, and they are extensive, including a minimum of 15 characters, so keep an eye on those requirements as you create your password!

Once you follow the instructions to create a new password, be sure keep your password in a safe place for future use.
