1. Timesheets will be returned to staff if they are not complete. The staff and participant/representative must make sure that every area of the timesheet is filled in. Timesheets will also be returned if there is ANY white out or pencil used on the timesheet. These will not be paid, so please ensure that we are able to pay them by filling everything in completely, in blue or black ink. If you make a mistake you must cross it out with a single line, and rewrite it with both parties’ initials. If you have a question about what to write in a certain area please email payroll@issny.org or call 845-794-5218 and choose option.
2. With the upcoming holiday season it is of extreme importance that the staff mail the timesheets as soon as possible. If staff are not working over the weekend, mail them Friday. The holidays slow down the USPS immensely due to increased mail volume and holiday closures. We want the timesheets to get here in time to pay them! We are not able to process and pay late timesheets on time, they will be paid the following payroll.
3. All staff must log in to their UltiPro account to view their information (Specifically: Name, Address, SSN) and if anything is inaccurate contact the HR department ASAP by emailing hr@issny.org. This information will be printed on the Forms W-2 at the end of the year. For assistance with logging into UltiPro please email ultipro@issny.org.
4. All brokers and families must review their plans to ensure that the staff pay rates are compliant with the New York State minimum wage increase.
