You might have a lot of questions after watching that video! Many of those questions will be answered by our Training Videos and Documentation, both of which will be releasing later this month. The main thing we want you to know right now is this: For Circle of Support, you will able to review staff reimbursement requests simultaneously with the shift. When you approve these items together, the budget will be updated rapidly and staff will be reimbursed quickly. For Support Staff, you’ll be able to enter and submit mileage in real time, with your shift!
We understand that changes to your process can cause difficulty, but we are confident that Circle of Support and Support Staff will be able to get their work done more efficiently and receive timely reimbursements with these improvements. We look forward to sharing more information soon.
