You can update your One Time Passcode settings from your portal. In order to start, you’ll need to go to the ISS Portal website and login: https://portal.issny.org/
- From your homepage, click on the Menu and click on My Profile.
- Make any desired changes to your phone number or email address.
- Once updated, click Update to confirm the changes.
