If a shift requires an EVV Override, you will need to approve the override before you can submitted the approval. In order to start, you’ll need to go to the ISS Portal website and login: https://portal.issny.org/
- Go to the shift that requires attention
- Expand the “Shift Exceptions” section by clicking on the “+” at the right of the section
- If the information is correct, click on the grey check mark. Once approved, it will turn green.
- Proceed with approving the shift for ISS Processing.
